Pryme Group CEO, Kerrie Murray, has joined the Executive Committee of Scottish Engineering, Scotland’s premier engineering and manufacturing membership support and networking organisation.

We are delighted to share that our CEO, Kerrie Murray, has joined the executive committee of Scottish Engineering, having worked in engineering companies since 2009, Kerrie brings a wealth of knowledge to the team. Kerrie is a Chartered Accountant and member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland.

Kerrie has held a number of different Senior Leadership positions in both private and public companies, this unique experience will allow Kerrie to draw on her own knowledge to provide guidance and support to Scottish Engineering’s member companies.

On the topic of her appointment, Kerrie commented: “Scottish Engineering have supported Pryme Group for a number of years and so I am very excited to take the opportunity to join their executive committee and provide the same support to other engineering businesses in the network. It is a very exciting time to be involved in engineering as companies diversify to meet the changing needs of the supply chain, particularly in the energy sector. Pryme Group and its group companies, particularly Caley Ocean Systems are heavily involved in the energy transition sector and so I will share my learnings and experience to support other businesses.”

Scottish Engineering’s Chief Executive, Paul Sheerin, added: “Kerrie is an excellent addition to our Executive Committee bringing valuable business input from her operations in the Aberdeen, Dundee and Central Belt areas of Scotland, ensuring that we strengthen our balance of voices across the geographies we represent, and we are extremely grateful to her for giving her time to support us.”
